Coaching Services
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to help individuals clarify goals, build self-awareness, and take meaningful action toward the life, work, or relationships they want. Coaching supports growth, decision-making, and skill development by focusing on the present and future rather than diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.
As a coach, I partner with clients as a sounding board and accountability ally. Sessions often involve:
Clarifying goals and values
Identifying patterns, obstacles, and strengths
Developing practical strategies and next steps
Building confidence, insight, and momentum
Creating accountability for intentional change
Coaching assumes that clients are capable and resourceful and that growth happens through curiosity, reflection, and action. Coaching is a separate and distinct practice from therapy.
*Coaching services are generally not covered by insurance.
*Available in 60-90-120 minutes sessions, online or in person.
